Tamta Leladze – ATSU Alumni
I have loved art, history and foreign countries’ languages and literature since my childhood. I learned innovations easily, especially, foreign languages. I finished Saint Nino Gymnasium where pupils studied English language with comprehensive program and I was lucky when I started my study at Kutaisi Akaki Tsereteli State University, on the faculty of Foreign Languages.
The university really satisfied my expectations, learning process was done with modern methodologies and we were the pioneers to implement any kinds of innovations in teaching and learning.
It is unimaginable to learn and develop yourself without English language in our modern era. I took part in many local or international trainings, seminars, workshops and conferences, exhibitions and festivals. All this would be unavailable without high level of education.
Since 2014 I have been working in Kutaisi Tourism Informational Center, where I give full information about the sightseeing of Imereti region to the tourists who arrived in our town. In case of language barrier, we make local base and support to develop private sector. At the same time, I am a manager of international relations at Kutaisi Lado Meskhishvili Dramatic Theatre, which is also very exciting for me, as the theatre makes its steps in international festivals after a long pause.
One can get the kind of education in Akaki Tsereteli State University, that responses to the modern challenges; exchange programs in the universities of European countries give generations the chance to integrate in educated, civilized world.
